El enfoque metodológico en la discusión de su centralidad

Este texto fue elaborado para rescatar el método materialista dialéctico, abandonado por muchas de las teorías que defienden el fin del trabajo y de su centralidad en la sociedad contemporánea. El punto de vista del autor se opone a las concepciones idealistas y teológicas de la creación del hombre que fundamentan metodológicamente aquellas teorías. Para ello, diferencia el trabajo en general, como el fundamento de la existencia humana, del trabajo enajenado, como trabajo determinado históricamente. Defiende que bajo el modo de producción capitalista, el trabajo enajenado no pierde su centralidad; es necesario superar el modo de producción capitalista para que el trabajo pierda su posición central y desaparezca como actividad ejercida por el hombre y exteriormente determinada por las necesidades naturales y sociales.

The methodological approach in the discussion of human work centrality

The purpose of this paper is to rescue the dialectic materialistic method, abandoned by many of the theories that defend the purpose of work and its center stage in contemporary society. The author’s viewpoint is opposed to the idealistic and theological conceptions of the creation of man on which the methodology of those theories is based. For this purpose, he differentiates work in general, as the foundations of human existence, from alienated work, as historically defined. He advocates that alienated work does not lose its centrality under the capitalist production mode; that the capitalist production approach needs to be surpassed so work can shed its central position and cease to be an activity executed by man that is externally determined by social and natural needs.
