El reencuentro de los ciudadanos con el espacio de lo público demuestra que las energías activas, contestatarias y propositivas no han renunciado ni renunciarán a tener un sitio en la multiplicidad de centros que sustentan la convivencia en sociedad. Lo público revitalizado articula las nuevas relaciones entre los ciudadanos y la administración pública con base en condiciones que reflejan la crisis de lo público-estatizado para dar paso a lo público-social. Esto implica que la administración pública se valora y revalora por las tareas que emprende y las responsabilidades que cumple en el espacio de lo público.

The new meeting of citizens with the space of what’s public demonstrates that the active, oppositional and propositive energies have not and will not give up their right to have a place in the multiplicity of centers that hold the coexistence in society. The public affairs, revitalized, articulate the new relationships between citizens and the administration based on conditions that reflect the crisis of the public-statized stuff in order to open the way to the public-social stuff. This implies that the administration is valued once and again because of the tasks it undertakes and the responsibilities it completes in the space of what’s public.
